CONDITION
We specialize in rare and collectible items. Each item is carefully inspected, photographed, catalogued, and archived by our team. The condition of every object is described as accurately as possible on the product page, including any visible imperfections, signs of age, or previous use. Condition assessments follow standardized criteria applied consistently across our catalog; however, all evaluations remain subjective by nature, especially when dealing with vintage or archival materials. For this reason, we strongly encourage customers to request additional images or clarification prior to purchase if they have specific concerns.
SHIPPING
Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receipt of payment confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information.
Estimated delivery times:
- Italy: approximately 2 business days
- European Union: approximately 3 business days
All shipments are sent via insured express courier. Delivery delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors are beyond our control. In the event of delays, we will nonetheless assist by contacting the courier and keeping you updated. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, incomplete, or if there are any issues, so we can assess the situation and resolve it promptly.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned in the same condition as received
- Original packaging, tags, and any accompanying materials must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be deducted from the total refund amount. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@c3llulose.com. If approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Due to the nature of rare and collectible items, sale items, limited editions, and archival materials may not be eligible for return, unless damaged or misrepresented.
FEES, TAXES & CUSTOMS
All items are shipped from Italy (EU). Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes (including VAT) imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. c3llulose is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs clearance.
